Yes! Custom caps are one of our specialties. We can help you select the right cap style, color, thread, placement, and embroidery technique for your logo or design.

Yes. Before a logo can be embroidered, it must be converted into a specialized stitch file through a process called digitizing. If you do not already have an embroidery-ready file, we can prepare one for you.

Vector artwork—such as an AI, EPS, SVG, or print-quality PDF file—is preferred. High-resolution PNG or JPG files may also work. If you are unsure whether your artwork is suitable, send us what you have and we’ll review it.

Digitizing is the process of converting artwork into instructions an embroidery machine can read. It determines the stitch types, direction, density, and sequence needed to reproduce your design cleanly on fabric. Digitizing may involve a one-time setup fee.

Yes. You will receive a digital proof showing the design, colors, size, and placement for approval before production. We will not begin decorating your order until the proof has been approved.

We’ll make every effort to select thread or transfer colors that closely match your brand. Exact color matching can vary between screens, thread, ink, and fabric, but we’ll help you choose the closest available option.

DTF stands for direct-to-film. The design is printed onto a special film and then applied to the garment using heat and pressure. DTF works especially well for detailed, full-color designs and artwork with gradients that may not be suitable for embroidery.

Embroidery offers a durable, dimensional, professional finish and is ideal for caps, polos, jackets, bags, and business apparel. DTF is a great choice for colorful or highly detailed designs on shirts and other garments. We can recommend the best method for your product, artwork, and budget.

Customer-supplied items may be accepted after review. Because every fabric and product responds differently during decoration, approval is required before production. Please contact us before purchasing or dropping off any items.

Turnaround time depends on the products, quantity, artwork, and current production schedule. Your estimated completion date will be provided when your order is confirmed. Turnaround begins after the artwork is approved and any required payment has been received.

Rush service may be available depending on the size of the order, product availability, and our production schedule. Additional fees may apply. Contact us as early as possible if you have a firm event date.

Pricing is based on the product, order quantity, design size and complexity, number of decoration locations, and production method. Embroidery pricing may also depend on stitch count. Submit an order request for a personalized quote.

Product availability can change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you with comparable alternatives before making any substitutions.

Changes may be possible before artwork approval or production begins. Once products have been ordered, personalized, or placed into production, changes and cancellations may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to update an order.

We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love the finished product. If you believe there is an error or defect, contact us promptly with your order information and photos so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Wash embroidered garments inside out in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach, do not iron directly over the embroidery, and use a low-heat dryer setting or air-dry when possible. Always follow the care label on the garment.

Complete our Order Request Form with your product ideas, estimated quantity, desired completion date, and artwork. We’ll review the details, answer any questions, and provide recommendations and pricing for your project.
